House St. Martin at the Via Regia

An early 18th-century award winning sandstone house of historic interest, located by a former vineyard with a view over the river Saale. The house has a garden, an outside fireplace, a grill and parking space for your car, bikes and boat. The ground floor and the attic can be used independently by three and four guests respectively (two bathrooms, two kitchens). The first floor offers a spacious living room and a study with a view of the river as well as a large dining hall with view and direct access to the garden. You can rent a whole house or an entire floor. You can access the building through the ground floor or the first floor. Self-checkin can be arranged. Your contact person is Katrin. Please keep in mind that you are sleeping in an 18th-century house with sandstone walls and loam painted ceilings. This means that this house will never be clinically clean. Also, a short section of the road running between the river Saale and the house is cobblestone paved, so vehicles passing by make the noise you would expect in such a case. Finally, you will find insects in the garden, just as everywhere in nature.
