Self contained annexe

Our garden room is very light and bright. It has a kitchenette with a fridge and sink. We have a combi work top oven with two hobs on top. There is a small shower room with rain shower, toilet and sink. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed. The garden room will sleep 2 but can sleep 4 if needed. There is a local shop and curry house within 1 minute walk and many pubs and a tea room within a short walk. The guests will have sole use of the garden room and are more than welcome to use half the garden We do have children that use the garden but they understand that guest are left in peace. The guests can access the garden room from the path at the side of the house. It is completely separate from our house. The path is slightly uneven as we are still completing works in the garden. We are always available for guests if there is anything you need we welcome you to give us a call a knock or a wave we will do anything to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. We are within a few minutes walk from 3 pubs and an amazing coffee shop called lamingtons that serve amazing cream teas. There is also a celebrity chef Aldo zilli that cooks food in his kitchen and delivers locally. There is a local park with a small out door gym. Bletchingley golf course is only 7 minute walk away. There is also some great walks in the wood surrounding the area. Redhill, oxted are local shopping places that you can get to by bus. The annexe has full central heating so you can control the heating from a thermostat. In the summer you are more than welcome to open the french doors and enjoy the fresh air.
