Located within a small private complex, near the village of Roughton, this beautiful Grade 2 listed barn is the ideal base for exploring the exquisite North Norfolk coastal area. Cromer, described as "The gem of North Norfolk" with it's award winning beach, is approximately 2 miles away. Also close by is the seaside town of Sheringham and National Trust attractions at Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Estate. The city of Norwich is approximately 20 miles away. Access to the main entrance is from the communal car park area - via the shared, paved, courtyard. There is also a private rear gate which is situated approximately half way along the shared gravelled driveway. Primrose Barn is located in quite a rural location, on the outskirts of Roughton Village. However, amenities including a pub/restaurant, a locally renowned fish & chips shop, petrol station and convenience stores are just under a mile away (in Roughton) whilst the bustling seaside town of Cromer is approximately 2 miles away. All bedding and towels are provided, however guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Rental cost includes cleaning and laundry.
