Summary: Cliftons Cottage is a delightful one bedroom holiday cottage forming the west wing of a Grade I property set in the beautiful town of Clare. Full of original character and dating back to the 16th century this holiday home offers complete privacy with it's own private entrance and enclosed garden with a patio seating area, perfect for a couple travelling with a pet. Clare is an award-winning town full of lovely old houses, shops, antiques, pubs and cafes all within a few minutes walk. There are also plenty of beautiful countryside walks on your doorstep where you can go and explore the stunning surrounding area of Clare and even enjoy a 9-hole pay and play golf course. The Space: Inside: Living room with TV Kitchen / dining room with electric cooker and separate grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine Downstairs W/C First Floor: Master bedroom with super king size bed, oak floor and en-suite with bath and toilet. Please note the shower (towels provided) is over the bath with a restricted height. Outside: Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture Pet policy: Please note you are allowed one, well behaved pet in the property but you must ensure they have been wormed and flea’d within the last month prior to your stay and you must contact Air Manage Suffolk prior to arrival to confirm this has been done.
