Detached coach house in over 100 acres of conservation parkland with beautiful views situated next to a castle folly built in 1770. Very rural setting with private bedroom which over looks the pond and fields, dining space, new downstairs kitchen and shower room. There is easy parking right outside the coach house front door. We are down a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir. Entrance to the coach house is on the ground floor through a Judas door into the new gallery kitchen and downstairs shower room. The large double bedroom is situated upstairs and overlooks the pond. There is sitting area at the top of the stairs with dual aspects overlooking the Castle Folly and open fields. Outside there is parking and a secluded garden and seating area to enjoy the peaceful setting. Guests have a seated area with table at the top of the stairs and access to a secluded seated garden area outside their room. We are happy to provide directions and share our local knowledge with our guests. The coach house is situated next to a castle folly within Boughton park a conservation listed parkland. The coach house and folly are set in over 100 acres providing a quite location with no passing traffic and beautiful views. Parking is situated right outside the door. We are in a rural location however close to Northampton. Lots of local countryside walks are available right from your door, including local pubs and coffee shops. We have a friendly dog, chickens, horses.
