The house is 10 mins away from the Airport Eleutherios Venizelos , 5 mins from the Suburban Railway and Athens Metro station . Beach of Artemida and Vravrona is 15 mins . Near the Vravrona beach is placed the ancient temple of Artemida and the archaeological museum ! 5 mins from McArthurGlen and 4 mins from Attica Zoological Park . The port of Rafina is 20 mins (All the referred mins are driving distances) It is a first floor cosy apartment with modern aesthetics. It has been recently renovated. It comes equipped with double glazed windows as well as air conditioning. A spacious bedroom and living room with direct access to the balcony which is decorated with plants and flowers where you can easily enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking stove fridge, boiler as we as all the necessary cutlery and plates and a dining table. Up to four people can stay thanks to the double bed in the bedroom as well as the sofa-bed in the hall. The spacious living room is perfect for the relaxation after a long day and for professionals a comfortable desk is provided. A separate laundry room at a different floor, where a washing machine resides, is available. It can only be accessed after permission from the host is received. You will have complete access to the apartment and all its spaces. Access to the laundry and the washing machine only with permission from the host.
