The cottage has its own off road parking space with a few stone steps leading to the the front door. Further on street parking is available. There is a stunning large fitted kitchen with wood burner, American style fridge freezer and range cooker, a spacious lounge with another wood burner and many original features. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom with two single beds oozes character with wooden beams, stone wall and decorative fireplace as well as a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. The garden is sunny and secluded and has a lovely patio with table and chairs and a BBQ - ideal for outdoor living. There are miles of beautiful walks straight from the front door. A charming country pub is just around the corner and the nearest shop is a 5 minutes walk. With numerous local attractions within the vicinity Lutinbell Cottage is an ideal base to explore the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire.
