The house has 5 apartments, three of them have permanent tenants and 1 is occupied by its owners. The GALA apartment is bright and very spacious, it has its own gas boiler. There is everything you need for your comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with disches and basic food. The villa house is after complete reconstruction and has new wooden windows. We are choosing a company that will finalize the facade of the house. So please, do not be fooled by the original plaster, inside the house there is the coziness and the well-being.
