The apartment is air conditioned and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and preparing food, and comes fully furnished so you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. On the ground floor are located: a foyer with a wardrobe and a shoe cabinet; a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer; a modern kitchen with everything you need and a living room with a TV. 5 people can comfortably sleep on the first floor in two rooms (1x3 beds and 1x2 beds) and 1 or 2 people can sleep on the ground floor on a sofa that can be opened into a bed. ENJOY FULLY EQUIPPED TERRACE: Our apartment also contains a beautiful terrace, which has a covered roof in case of bad weather. The terrace is equipped with a sofa for 6 people and a dining table. It’s a large relaxing place where you can have a lie down, a grill, or just spend some time with friends. FREE PARKING PLACE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE & A BIG LAWN: The parking lot has space for 2 or 3 vehicles, depending on the size. There is a big lawn beside the apartment that is appropriate for kids to play safely, or it can be used for sunbathing on the deckchairs provided. One ticket means two entrances to the Summer Thermal Riviera (open from the end of April until end of September). They speak English, Deutch, Italian and Croatian language. They will also give you keys and a map of the village. You will also pay the tourist tax and registration fee at the reception. The Thermal Riviera Čatež has more than 10,000 m2 of indoor and outdoor pools, which you can use constantly (winter and summer Riviera). 8 different types of sauna are also available. You also have access to the diverse options at the Spa and Wellness center, the indoor swimming pools with interesting and fun water events, the outdoor swimming pool with many slides, and a medical therapeutic center. If you are an active person, there are also many sporting options in the immediate proximity of Terme Čatež, such as cycling, horse riding, kayaking, running, tennis, rollerskating, snooker (pool, billiards), bowling, mini golf, and so on. For those who are into golf, there is the famous castle Mokrice close to Terme Čatež. By the castle is a beautiful, 18 hole golf course spanning over 47 hectares. The golf course was designed by world renowned architect Donald Harradine. The golfing season lasts from March to November. ★TRAIN and BUS★ The train station in Dobova is connected with Terme Čatež by a bus service provided by Integral Brežice. Bus tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver. Please check bus timetables before departure. A trip to Ljubljana will take you around an hour of driving. Zagreb Airport is 45km away from Čatež. On the way to Zagreb is the beautiful old town of Samobor, which will definitely amaze visitors with its squares and other offers. All guests must provide an ID for registration purposes with the local authorities. That is a demand under Slovenian law and applicable to all rental properties.
