Brook House is situated in pretty countryside in a rural village, just 10 minutes from the historic city of Lincoln with its magnificent cathedral and medieval castle. Offering bed and breakfast, the main attractions here are the luxurious heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, outdoor hot- tub and games room with a full size snooker table. Our delightful gardens have a wildlife pond with the village beck running through. With 5 stylish rooms, we are available on site during your stay with us. A standard room with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. We have 2 more guest rooms available under separate listings- Our family/ twin room has a double bed and a single bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a fold-up bed for an extra child. Our superior room has a super king bed and large en-suite bathroom Enjoy our leisure facilities- Enjoy an energising early morning swim or relax under the stars in the hot-tub We also have a sauna In the games room is a full size snooker table and dart board. There is also a fridge for you to use. Our house has bedrooms only on the upper floors. We have a flight of stairs to the first floor and another to the second floor. We do not have a lift. We have a ramp for access from the drive to the front door. Living on-site, we are available during your stay for any queries and to ensure your comfort Its just a short stroll alongside the pretty beck to the village shop, and with a local pub, tea room and other shops within walking distance in the neighbouring village Buses are available to the historic city of Lincoln just 5 miles away, also park and ride is in operation. Explore the city on an open top bus, and enjoy the vibrant Brayford quarter with its marina and many eateries, and also a restored barge serving cocktails! Ample secure private car parking
