The modern apartment is in a quiet area and has a beautiful view of a sea bay and boat harbor. It is ideal for 2 people and a child. The 32 square meters are divided into an entrance area with a kitchenette, a lounge and sleeping area and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, hot plates, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is a 160cm double bed and a 120cm bed which serves as a couch for only 2 guests. The existing computer has Netflix for films, Spotify for music or you use the internet radio or media libraries. Blinds and a fly roller blind protect against too much sun or pests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The apartment is located in our house, has its own entrance and is a completely enclosed area. The door is opened by a combination lock, which enables check-in at any time. Parking on our property is free.
