We will provide you with local and island information, to make your stay more enjoyable we Will give you an interactive map with QR code that will geolocate you to the places of greatest interest, being very easy to use via mobile. We will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your stay. We are flexible with arrival and departure times, as long as you notify us in advance and subject to availability. Highlights -We will request by email the Passport or ID Card data of all guests of legal age to carry out the Traveler Registration. -The arrival day the Ecotasa will be charged in cash, consisting of € 2 per person and night. Children under 16 are exempt. -Check - in is done by appointment between 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. (we are flexible in the event that there is no departure on the same day, upon request and subject to availability), for that reason, we request that when you confirm the reservation, you provide schedules and flight number of your arrival and departure. The departure is at 10:00h (we are flexible if we know it in advance and allways subject to availability). -It is not allowed to smoke inside the house, only outside, please use the ashtrays. -Please do a responsible use of the air conditioning and heating, turn it off when you leave the house and use it with windows and doors closed. -The parties or events are not allowed, the rest of the neighbors and the municipal ordinances must be respected. The neighborhood We recommend renting a vehicle, since although it is in the heart of Costitx and 5 km from Sencelles it is not a comfortable house for trips with public transport. Costitx is an inland town that has all the services, 2 bars, 1 restaurant, 2 supermarkets, 1 pharmacy, 2 banks, 2 hairdressers, 1 beauty center, 1 bakery and 1 gift shop. Tourists are always welcome 😉 On May 1, we celebrate “Costitx en Flor”, it is a fiesta where all neighbors participate in the street decoration with floral and vegetable motifs, being a unique party in Mallorca and highly valued by the Majorcans. Also in costitx there is Son Corró, a Talayotic sanctuary where the famous bulls of Costitx (in Mallorcan, “caps de bou”) were found, bronze heads of large bulls, today preserved for their high archaeological and symbolic value in the National Archaeological Museum of Madrid.
