It is situated in a tranquil location overlooking the bay and town below. A full renovation was undertaken in 2020 to a high specification. On the top floor, the master bedroom has an en suite and a balcony, with uninterrupted panoramic views over the bay. There are 2 King sized beds and one double bed. There is a travel cot provided. The cottage has been fitted with safety features for little ones too. Outside, the property has a large, long mature garden with sea views. There are garden tables and benches in the garden for Alfreso dining and relaxing after the beach and village. There is easy access to the beach and village down the main track and pathway winding through the cobbled pathways. Pefect for children with plenty of outside space and safety features in the property. Beach toys provided too ! The property benefits from private parking, which is sufficient for two large cars, or three small ones, a rare treat for Robin Hoods Bay ! There is an EV charger installed outside next to the parking for the cottage. This is an EO smart charger 7kW type 2 Available for free to guests staying at our cottage. Guests have full access to the property. The little yard is shared with neighbours . Please do not use the neighbours logs for the fire. Robin Hood's Bay is a unique mix of traditional Yorkshire fishing spot, cafes and authentic pubs, fossils and geology. It is perfectly connected to popular walking routes, including the Cleveland Way, cycling routes, including the Cinder Trail, as well as the North York Moors, Dalby Forest, Whitby and Scarborough. Everything in Robin Hood's Bay is in easy walking distance, including the beach, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Due to the historic, narrow streets of the town, it is best to leave the car at the property after arriving! We are very near the Cleveland Way for walkers, as well as the Cinder Trail for cyclists. All bedding, linen and hand and bath towels are provided, ***Please bring your own beach towels *** Logs are Not included , but easily available to buy at the village shops just down the track . We would ask guests to please leave the property looking clean and tidy. Please keep off the grass in the parking area to protect the wild flower seeds that have been sown . Many thanks Jane
