Villa Vista

Our house is set in the heart of wine country (4 wineries in the village) and a historic region of Serbia. Also close by is mineral spa (10km) and monestary on the Vencac mount . The beautiful view directly from our place spans over three mountains and a monestary. Perfect for hiking hunting biking and nature walks. The royal estate as well as church of St George with it's famous mosaic is only 4km away.. in the historic city of Topola. On the property various fruit trees... The house is so private and surrounded by beauty and nature with beautiful sunsets. Whole house with a lot and a yard in front. Land is fenced. One room is locked and we use it as storage. My friend will be welcoming guest since we live in Belgrade 80km away The village is very picturesque and pleasant. In July every year there is painters workshop and art exhibit. World famous tennis player Djokovic also owns winary in Lipovac and historic town of Topola is 45min walk from the house. In the summer months many craft fairs are held in Topola with plenty of entertainment local foods and most famous pig and lamb roast served proudly. There is a local bus stop 100m from the house which takes you to nearby historic city of Arandjelovac where the oldest mineral spa and tourist attraction shopping and restaurants are. It runs at 7 am 1 pm and 7pm. During the months Out till April the heating is wood furnace with radiators in all rooms. Also there is an additional electric heater and a/c for extra heating.Wood is provided .
