Please note: We have very limited taxi companies in Heathfield, they all usually require guests to at least pre book a few days and sometimes possibly a week before they are required. If guests try to book a local taxi on the day they are required, you may be disappointed, depending how busy they are. Please note due to COVID 19 and Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol: Check in time is from 5pm with check out at 10am. Please kindly note that the above check in and checkout times are in place to help us with the enhanced cleaning protocols which is a requirement from airbnb. This is for your protection and ours as hosts as it also provides time to fully air out the property properly. Please do not arrive at the property early unless this has been arranged in advance with us (Your host). Before check out, please could you kindly remove the bed linen and place in the bath along with all used towels and kitchen dish cloths. At check out, please lock the annex and post the keys in the black post box next to the gate. Please could guests remember not to over load the wood burner when in use. This could cause the burning wood to fall out when the door is opened, which could roll on to the new carpet & matt. We strongly recommended that only one or two logs are put in to the wood burner at any one time when in use. Children are not to operate, put logs into or use the wood burner under any circumstances. The cost to repair any damage caused by burning logs falling on to the hearth mat (£50) and carpet (£500) surrounding the log burner will either be taken from the guests deposit or re-charged to the guests AirBnB account. Special rates offered for longer stays: 15% Off for bookings of 7 days or more. 25% Off for month long bookings. We also offer a special 10% discount for any past guests who re-book for future stays up to 6 days with us. (This offer is outside of the weekly and monthly discounts for guest and cannot be used in conjunction with our weekly and monthly special offer rates / discounts)
