Welcome to our tastefully decorated large home in Colebrook! Nestled in the woodlands, this 2-acre retreat offers a tranquil escape for up to 12 people. Relax in this secluded home-away-from-home with everything you need… This stunning, comfortable property with 3 full floors comfortably sleeps 10 (with 2 additional possible in common areas) with an en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed and four large additional bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms and built-in closets. Featuring two family rooms with a 49” and 65” flat screen Smart TVs with cable, 4 couches and a gas fireplace with a single-switch operation. The kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances, it has an open adjacent dining space for 6 people with another table and 4 chairs on the first floor. Filter coffee provided. There's a Vitamix as well as every cooking utensil you would need. The pantry is also stocked and you are welcome to help yourself to anything in it. A beautiful outside wraparound deck with an outdoor grill and picnic table to seat up to 8 people. Washer and dryer are next to the en-suite master bathroom with iron and board available. Fast wifi with multiple routers throughout the house. Peaceful grounds with space for up to eight cars. Towels, linens, toilet paper and hand soap are provided. Dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent are also available for use. Check-in times can be adjusted by request. Please reach out when booking. Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage. This includes three floors which also includes the laundry room. There is one entrance on the first floor and three entrances on the second floor. The entire house is available to you and we are available via text or phone call. Local fresh water swimming 10-15 minutes away with space to have a bbq picnic. Torrington: 15 miles - Torrington is the largest city in Litchfield County, Connecticut and has many attractions and amenities. ** NOTE: This house is located in the woods and therefore, cellphone reception is not the best. T-Mobile will work via wifi calling. Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint all work well for the most part, with Verizon and AT&T having the best coverage of all the carriers.
