Lodge

We call it our ‘lodge’ which is at the bottom of our large garden, it’s really private bit like a man cave, there is separate access down the side of our garage through our electric gates off the main road but it will be shared with us only. It has a patio area right outside with a patio set. We have fantastic neighbours to which our garden is connected to 6 other gardens. We have 4 dogs maggie (spaniel) Ted (choc lab), Harry (spaniel), and George (spaniel) we also have 4 house cats. It has a double bed, two sofas, TV, electric fire, washing machine, cooker... You will share our garden with the dogs..... Parking is grass verge just outside our gates Available on site Good pubs, lots of shops within walking, plenty of parks for walking your dogs, 5 mins from A50 leading to the M1 for easy commute 5 mins from countryside Bus stop right outside our house Derby centre 10 min drive
