Stunning house private grounds in 6 acres,with 7 beautiful bedrooms with every luxury you could want from lovely bed linen plenty of towels.lots of space inside & outside ,swimming pool,steam room ,a huge decking area fire pit & outside bar. kitchens have all mod cons ice maker dishwasher 2 ovens 3 fridges 2 freezers , we have a barbeque bring your own gas bottle or we can buy u one at an extra cost.We Cater for events weddings , private chefs , grazing tables , beauticians in our spa room Large luxury modern barn with 9 beds in , 7 bedrooms , lots of large rooms but cosy with everything you will need , it has a long drive way very private . With bedrooms on ground floor and 1st floor . We have outdoor areas and indoor to eat , with a barbecue, a cinema room indoor steam room for 12 people , we have outdoor table tennis , football goal ( bring a ball ) we have a badminton set a trampoline we are close to several restaurants & pubs .15 min from the sea side Brighton & Hove which has lots to do for the whole family . We have board games to play, or have some beauty treatments in our spa room pre organised with us . If you are staying longer than 3 days we can supply washing facilities . We can also supply pre made food to be delivered to the house or waiting for you on arrival. We also cater for events Lots of flat areas for anyone in a wheelchair with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs too . There is a local pie shop and a pizza van that is in the village on a Friday night you need to pre order though . Lots to do as a family walks parks and the seafront . We leave all that information in the house in the guide book it’s worth the read as lots of information in there . It would be great to have a car or you can use taxi information at the house You can have cooking lessons while you are here , we can also arrange beauty treatment and massage in our treatments room . We can arrange events here retreats , birthday parties marquee etc .
