A beautiful 3 bedroom semi-detached cottage, stunning views looking over rolling fields with horses & views for miles. Private road only 3 other cottages. OPEN LOG FIRE Internal Dining room seats 6 Garden Dining seats 8 This cosy home is calm and peaceful, the feeling of complete escape from the city, whilst being only minutes away from all essentials. (driving). The views seem to be endless, with the most spectacular sunsets, (with a clear sky) from the garden decking. There are two double beds, then a smaller room with a double bunk bed and trundle pull out bed on the floor. Then there is a really good fisherman’s bed, or sofa to make up the 8th bed. This is my second home, so does have some personal items in the utility room and two cupboards. There are three parking spaces to the side of the house, with a side gate entrance. There is no parking in front of the house. It is important not to park here, as there are farm vehicles that pass by. Your host will be available between certain hours by email and mobile. Normal enquiries 9am to 6pm. Emergency 24hrs. This cottages lies on the border of the famous Sparsholt village, which in turn lies on the edge of Winchester.
