This newly renovated self catering apartment is great for both holiday and business travellers. The apartment offers a spacious living room on the first floor which has a 3 seater sofa bed and TV. There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom downstairs. The bedroom has a super king sized bed which can also be made up as 2 singles if required. The sofa bed is a cozy small double Unfortunately we don't accept children under 8yrs old. The entire apartment is yours during your stay. There is a staircase inside the apartment. We always welcome guests in person and are around 15 minutes away when required. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from Durham Train station, as well as the Market Place, High St and Millennium Square. Less than 5 minutes walk to Tesco express, Sainsburys local and Robinsons independent greengrocer. Less than 10 minutes walk to the station and Market Place Less than 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral, Castle and Palace green On street parking permits will be provided for each day of your stay. This is limited to 1 car as parking is limited on this street. We are ideally located to explore Durham City and the wider North East region including the Durham Dales, the Heritage Coast, Newcastle and Gateshead.
