This contemporary ground floor apartment has on site parking and pool for exclusive use of residents. The large bedroom has a double bed with cupboard, bed side tables and a large chest of drawers, more than enough storage space for even the over-packing, fashion conscious, travelling types. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bed side table and a large cupboard with hanging space and shelves. The bedroom is a perfect size for adults or just somewhere to lock the kids away for a quiet afternoon! The living-dining area has an L-shape sofa which can flipped into a sofa-bed (ideal for 2 kids or 2 smaller adults) glass dining room table and chairs. Here you’ll find the double doors that open out onto the private patio area, a perfect place for summer nights with a local red wine in hand, overlooking the pool and hill top town lit up and twinkling in the distance. Feel free to use the supplied barbecue, all we ask is that it’s cleaned off after use. The apartment has a fully-fitted modern kitchen with fridge freezer, sink, kettle, oven and induction hob. The main living area has an air conditioning unit for the extremely hot days when the pool just doesn't cut it! The bathroom has toilet, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine. No part of the apartment is off limits. You have full use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The outside terace has table and chairs and charcoal BBQ strictly for guest use. As this is a ground floor apartment it is perfect for families that need pushchair and wheel chair access. At the beginning of your stay you will be met by our representative who will guide you through your stay. The apartment is overlooked by the hill top village on Sant' Ilario and surrounded by orange, olive and lemon groves. The residents of the local area keep goats and sheep will sometimes make an occasional appearance! It is also only 1km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea where you will find beach side cafes' and bars. A car is essential.
