The Jardin des Roses comprises two apartments: "Joséphine" and "Mélanie", located on the second and last floor of a detached house. The house is a 5-minute walk from the train station, shops and hiking trails. Ideally located next to the Roseraie de Saverne, close to nature and the city center, the house has a large garden with relaxation areas. Joséphine: 40 m² studio including: double bed, sofa, fitted kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster ...), private bathroom with toilet , shower, television, Wi-Fi. Mélanie: separate 15 m² room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, Wi-Fi. Access is through the main door of the house. The stairwell is common to all occupants. Travelers can enjoy the 800 m2 garden and its relaxation areas. Possibility to park for free on the street.
