The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Groede, just a few kilometers from the beach. This rural accommodation is equipped for a maximum of eight adults and two children up to three years. Enjoy the luxury and tranquility. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room on the floor space of approximately 140 m² of the main house with outbuilding. On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living room with parquet. This is furnished with a 2 piece 3 person seats, 2 bucket seats, a 42 inch flat screen TV, radio and CD player. Side tables to set up cozy snacks and drinks are next to the seats. The dining area has a large table with 10 leather chairs. The luxurious and fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, Dolce Gusto, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and blender. There are also plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Kitchen linen, hand linen and dish cloths are standard. In the house there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed box spring, 160 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a rain shower, a sink with mirror, as well as a toilet. The extension of the house is the outbuilding. The outbuilding is connected to the home through the kitchen. In the annex there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the annex there is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor, accessible without barriers from outside. The bedroom has a double bed box spring, 160 x 200 cm. On the ground floor is also the bathroom with a rain shower and a sink. In addition to the bathroom there is a separate toilet. This space (bedroom and bathroom) is therefore easily accessible for disabled people. Through the bedroom of the annex you can go to the spacious bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom also has a box spring bed, 160 x 200 cm. Your holiday home has an enclosed garden, ideal if you go on holiday with smaller children. In the garden there is a large south-facing terrace with scaffolding wooden table and 10 chairs. In the garden there are 4 sun beds, a garden bench, a children's slide and 2 children's bicycles. From the garden you have a view of the polder behind. The barbecue with attributes is at your disposal for a delicious meal on the terrace. The house has a driveway, suitable for parking 3 cars, more public parking spaces in front of the house. During your stay you can use the free wireless internet. If children younger than 3 years come along, we will take care of the cots, child seats, children's bath and changing mat. The price includes cleaning costs (€ 95), reservation costs (€ 25), tourist tax € 1.40 pppn, electricity and water consumption. Gas consumption is charged at € 0.95 / m3. There is a launderette in Groede where you can bring your laundry to wash and iron if you wish. So you really have a holiday !!
