Only 1.5h from Athens, Villa "Irene" is a spacious, sunny and well equipped 4 bedroom house with beautiful sea view from the first floor and an inviting pool with a fully functional BBQ area in the back yard. Quiet countryside area between the seafront towns of Eretria and Amarynthos, 500m. to the beach. Ideal for 1, 2 or 3 families or large groups, can comfortably sleep up to 10 people +a baby and also offers a quiet office space for remote workers. Wi-Fi and many useful amenities included. Relax and rest in this quiet and comfortable villa, watch the colorful sunrise or sunset from the balcony, enjoy your coffee or drink by the pool and dive into the clear cool water. On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathrooms and offer a beautiful sea view. We have also created a more quiet office corner for remote workers. There is enough parking space for up to 4 cars in the front yard +1 on the roas, and you will have exclusive access to the villa's private pool and BBQ area. The house offers Wi-Fi in all rooms (inside & outside), Air-conditioning and heating. AMENITIES GROUND FLOOR: - Living/dining room: 40’’ TV, dining table for 8-10 people, comfortable sofas and armchairs for all guests, bar counter with high stools. - Kitchen: Full cooker with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, Filter coffee maker, kettle, sandwich griller, pots & pans, utensils, coffee, tea, olive oil and basic condiments. - W.C.: hand soap, toilet paper, hand towels - Back Yard: Pool 60sq.m., sunbeds, dining table & chairs, lounge area, fully equipped BBQ. FIRST FLOOR: - Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m wide), pillows, bedding, towels, closet, full private bathroom with shower (hand soap, shampoo & shower gel, toilet paper, hand towels) - Bedroom 2: Double bed, pillows, bedding, towels, closet, full private bathroom with shower (hand soap, shampoo & shower gel, toilet paper, hand towels) - Bedroom 3: Double bed, pillows, bedding, towels, closet - Bedroom 4: Double bed, pillows, bedding, towels, closet + 2 extra folding beds and a baby cot available upon request. - Bathroom (shared for bedrooms 3&4) Full bathroom with shower (hand soap, shampoo & shower gel, toilet paper, hand towels) - Office corner: Office desk and a comfortable chair. - Storage room: Washing machine, drying rack with pins, mop and bucket, broom, detergents. I do not live near by so I have entrusted my sister-in-law Irene who lives close. You can reach me via messages, while my sister Irini (who lives very close) and our friend Elli take care of the house and will be assisting you with your needs. Quiet area with coyntryhouses and villas, 5km from Eretria and Amarynthos, where you can find many options for supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and nightlife. 750m from "Amarynthia" residence complex and "Miramare" hotel (great restaurant, sandy beach and a children's Water Park!) The area requires a car, but there is also the taxi option from Eretria and Amarynthos. Buses are available too but not recommended because of low frequency and 500m distance from the nearest bus stop. We provide enough supplies on dispensables to last for a few days and no refill during the stay.
