Gas central heating Pets considered as long as they are flea protected prior to your stay and they are no permitted on the furniture 2 Wipe-able dog beds are provided Please note only hand towels and tea towels are provided you will need to bring your own bath towels. Broadband WiFi included BUNK BEDS - please note the bottom bunk is designed only to take an Adult weight and the top is designed for a child's weight. you will have access to the whole bungalow We run a letting and holiday letting agency, and act on behalf of the Owner. You will be provided with the key safe details, via Airbnb, on the day of check in to enable you to arrive at your convenience anytime after 2pm. We will provide you with our office number and out of office hours mobile numbers in case of any issues during your stay. We will be available to answer any initial questions when you arrive and also during your stay. The Castle Inn is a lovely friendly pub approx 5 minutes walk away and is dog friendly. The Ocean View cafe is also a must, home cooked traditional food. The shingle beach is at the end of the road and dogs are permitted all year round There is a bus stop within 2 minute walk and Pevensey Bay railway station is approximately 10-15 minute walk away. Lots of lovely walks around Pevensey Bay - taking you to the castle across farmland and also along the beach to Normans Bay or Eastbourne. Driveway parking for two vehicles Free on the road parking or a free public car park nearby Although the property is dog friendly, small dogs maybe able to get out the gates but our client has provided some netting in the garage which guests are free to use to prevent any smaller dogs escaping! Please note only hand towels and tea towels are included you will need to bring your own bath/ beach towels.
