Located on the South Downs National Park it’s just 10 min drive to Brighton seafront and Marina. It also has the benefit of free private parking which is very rare for Brighton. In total there are 4 x double bedrooms, on the ground floor you have 2 x large double bedrooms both with floor to ceiling windows with direct access to a private terrace. Each room has a double bed + a large sofa bed, habitat clothes rail, retro style chest of drawers and white leather Barcelona chair. The ground floor also has a large family bathroom with modern finishes, deep bath, WC and heated chrome wall mounted towel rail. Follow the glass balustraded staircase up to the first floor you walk into the main open plan living area again with floor to ceiling windows, oak flooring, leather sofas, large rustic oak table with seating for up to 8 on the Eames style dining chairs. There is also an open plan modern kitchen with oak worktops, spot lighting, gloss black Smeg fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and all kitchen utensils + tea, coffee etc. TV, Freeview and Apple 4K TV, fast WiFi. The living space has direct access via a balcony to the minimalist enclosed private garden which is laid to new turf and gravel. Through the hallway you will find an additional WC, modern Utility room with Microwave, Freezer and Washing machine. There is also another additional bright double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and 2 x single beds + clothes rail. This front bedroom also has distant sea views. Following up the stairs to the 2nd floor you will find a glass landing/study or office area with hairpin leg solid oak desk, again with distant sea views that leads to the large double master bedroom. This master suite has 2 x single beds which can also be pushed together to make a double or remain as singles for non sharers, there is another cream leather Barcelona chair, fitted wardrobes and a modern en suite shower room, WC and chrome wall mounted radiator. The master bedroom also has duplex windows with views to the sea. There is a private driveway with parking for 1 x car and unlimited non permit park on the road. This is very rare for Brighton as parking is very expensive. All bedding, towels, soaps are provided at no extra charge. Dogs welcome. *Strictly no parties 100% of the entire property will be for your use. You will not need to share with other guests. Complete privacy.
