What better way to isolate yourself and your family with a completely self contained hideaway. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars. Three bedroomed (Isolated and separate) property, but priced for either 1 person through to a maximum of 6. The property is situated right in the countryside and is very peaceful, quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside, fields, a few sheep, horses and of course gorgeous walks to nearby villages, and yes with a welcoming pub or two at the end!! This is a newly renovated property, done to a high standard, with brand new furniture, Oven and Bathroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped and operational, with plates, cultery etc provided. Tea, Coffee and Sugar available after your journey and before you hit the local stores. Most cooking equipment is available, including kettle, toaster etc. cleaning equipment, hand wash washing up liquid, bowl all provided for. Fridge and freezer included within the property. Guests will have sole access to the annex during their stay along with access to the driveway for off road and secure parking for up to three cars as required. In addition, given the desire of many to socially distance, please note there is a key safe, allowing self check in. The property is disinfected between guests and is a real retreat for those looking for that ultimate getaway, or stop over for the wedding or party you are attending! The proprietor will be available either at the main house or via mobile during your stay In the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside, access to many local villages, with an amazing local pub serving excellent food, yet just 35 mins from the university of Cambridge, 10 mins from Huntingdon Station for east access to London 50mins to Kings Cross. Market Town of St Ives just 12 mins away with Peterborough and Stamford to the North. Please see the external photos to see the surroundings, regardless of time of year. Having access to Car is essential, there are no public services, although good number of local taxi firms. If there are any special requests, please ask and if possible will aim to accommodate. The village of Broughton boasts a wonderful pub/restaurant 'The Crown', if guests wish, just message when booking the date, time and number of people and I will happily make a reservation.
