Our boutique apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, DVD player and music docking station. Explore the sights and local attractions of Nuneaton, Atherstone, Coleshill or get the train into Birmingham City - there is so much to see and do here locally. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king size bed. The bathroom, has a toilet, sink and and bath with a shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen dining area. - There are on-site parking for 1 x vehicle available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property providing no damage is caused and we are advised before however we charge a small additional fee for cleaning of £10 if you bring pets which is payable upon arrival in cash if you prefer to pay by bank in advance please confirm. Lovely walks nearby and although we are on an estate, the appartment is peaceful and quiet. * please note* The bathroom light is currently not working, we have recently had the fitting changed but it has gone again so awaiting a replacement fitting. There is a window in the bathroom for light or light from the hallway for the evening.
