Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for a perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. The furniture is simple and basic so that our guests will not want to stay all day in the villa. The beauty in the simplicity - The villa is special and authentic. We make a great effort to preserve and renovate it, and therefore all the income are intended for this high purpose. This is one of the most beautiful villas in Przesieka with a unique view. The villa is ideal for families with children, a group of friends, small groups for seminars and for couples who come for a vacation dedicated to nature activities. And the villa has a huge studio that can be used for a small music hall, rehearsal room, recording studio, meditation, taichi, dance, gymnastics, games room and more to the best of your imagination and you can even sleep in it spacious because it has a special and rare wooden floor In case your group is more than 12 people, please let us know in advance. In the fall and winter the area offers many activities and is special due to its unique climate. The villa can be used as a stopover every day to the famous ski resorts in the area or by car to the ski resorts in the Czech Republic and for a variety of other activities including hot baths and a wide range of options. The villa is heated with the help of fixed electric heaters in all rooms and with the help of a fireplace that is in the kitchen and is used for heating, cooking and you can open the door of the fireplace and sit around it and warm up and feel like you are in front of a fireplace. The fireplace feeds on the wood we supply. In spring and summer the villa is cool and cozy and does not need fans and no air conditioning and there are days when you even need to wear something warm over the shorts. The villa is surrounded by small streams and at a distance of 15 d a waterfall and a pool of cool water - one of the most famous in Poland. In summer there are plenty of open hiking trails and you can even walk in the forest to the border with the Czech Republic and cross it. In summer many flowers and plants bloom and there is a wide variety of butterflies. The area is so quiet you can hear the butterflies. Guest: Up to 12-16 people can access in all areas and rooms of the "Bidwell Villa", garden, fruit orchard, fields and Forests around - everything is open and free to our guests. In case your group is more than 16 people (The built-in limitation in airbnb) please let us know. Please update us on the exact number of guests who arrive as early as the reservation stage and as soon as possible before you come to us so that we can see the update of the reservation and arrange the villa accordingly. Dogs: We basically agree that families will come with the dogs but only educated and non-aggressive dogs ... We have had in the past unpleasant cases ... In any case, we started charging extra 152 zł for the dogs because of the damages that dogs cause to the villa and because of the extra cleaning we need to do after your visit. We also have very clear requests about the behavior of dogs in the villa and that we very much seek to respect and care for them. Behavior of Dogs: 1. Please, Please, don't let the dogs go up to the second floor. 2. Clean well after pee and poo. 3. Tie collar when going for a walk. 4. Ask the dog: " don't bark at night". 5. Put in the entrance of the house or outside the plate of food and water . 6. My neighbors have also dogs (they are good dogs), but please take care when let your dogs out of the house. 7. The most important thing is to call us the day before you come to the villa to remind us that dogs come with you and so we will inform our neighbors in advance. It is strictly prohibited and contrary to our practices to smoke indoors, do not light candles for good lighting or odor or any other purpose for fear of fires, do not light matches or fire for any reason other than the central heater in the kitchen.
