Whites Farmhouse is a newly renovated Grade 11 listed thatched property, built in the 17th Century. Set across 3/4 of an acre of land, in rural Happisburgh, the farmhouse is just a 15-minute walk to the beach (dog friendly all year-round). Within the grounds, there is a private hot tub*, which is neighboured by a spacious summer house – perfect for watching the beautiful sunset. The property has breath-taking panoramic views of the surrounding farmland, historic lighthouse and Church. Set over two floors, the spacious property has its own private entrance, roomy family living room with smart TV (Netflix, Sky Sport, Sky Movies) and traditional sit-in farmhouse kitchen complete with log-burner and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two king-sized bedrooms, one twin room and a newly renovated family bathroom complete with walk in shower and slipper roll-top bath. There is an additional family shower room downstairs. Off the kitchen there is also a large pantry, and utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The space is suitable for a maximum of two dogs, however additional pets may be permitted following consultation with the owners. Within the garden there is access to a large BBQ, patio set – comprising 4 chairs and a bench as well as a parasol. Other things to note: There is ample off-road parking for two cars. No smoking is permitted within the building. The inner garden is completely secure, and perfect for dogs staying within the property. The outer garden, which is home to the hot tub and summer house, is very private but not fully secure – so we recommend you keep any pets within the inner garden, or on leads. Basket of logs provided for the log burner. Further logs can be purchased from owners. Rules *Hot tub use is offered at your own risk. No unsupervised children are permitted in the hot tub. Only 6 people (maximum) at a time. No food inside the hot tub, and only drinks in plastic cups (located in the summer house) allowed. No access after 10.00pm. As we live in the adjoining property we will be available whenever you should need us, we will however respect your privacy. The Farmhouse is located in a lovely rural location on the edge of Happisburgh village, which has a spectacular light house and many coastal walks. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit close by like Cromer, Holt, Sheringham to name but a few. We also have the broads on our doorstep if you fancy hiring a boat for the day. The farmhouse is within walking distance to two local pubs, as well as the beautiful beach and historic lighthouse. As well as this, there are a number of local bus routes, and easily accessible taxi services.
