A warm ,relaxed, loved and lived in creative home that is just that little bit different. our glorious fields are there to be enjoyed and the above ground pool My place is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). My home is a relaxed and creative home, built in 1919 so it has character, with the added bonus of an above ground swimming pool and our fields at the back of the house with gorgeous walks through direct access, badminton and tennis on the field and breakfast picnics if desired . there is a full size trampoline too. Guests are able to use the garden, pool and the kitchen by prior agreement I am so delighted to welcome guests and chat and advise on local sights, walks and culture in whatever way guests would like. This is a friendly and relaxed environment, nothing formal but comfortable . I am blessed with the most wonderful community at the top of tripp hill, where as neighbours we will often meet on our field. I couldn't ask for a more friendly and supportive network and I am sure you will find that too. the village of fittleworth is blessed with outstanding beauty , walks and a lovely pub. arundel ,chichester .goodwood are all within 20 mins drive with all the fabulous amenities and heritage on offer. there is no shop in the village but a great farms shop 5 mins away. 10 min drive from pulborough station and bus links to chichester , arundel etc.. M and J taxi are a good local taxi firm and I too can be hired for any ferrying required. the attic bedroom does not have a door but is private at the top of the house and is a large room, neither rooms are ensuite. I have a very friendly border collie dog that can be part of the house or not depending on your preference. she is great with kids and loves to play.
