This is a light and roomy double bedroom at the front of the house, in a quiet residential area 20 mins walk from the University and Huddersfield town centre. Double bedroom has drawers and hangers, a small desk, but please note no TV. Shared bathroom with shower over the bath. Kitchen leads through to conservatory, with seating and dining table, which opens onto the garden, backing onto woods. Free use of kitchen, conservatory and garden. I'm retired so usually around quite a bit during the day. I've lived in Huddersfield for 40 years so know the area if you want tips for places to visit. Quiet residential road, garden backs onto woods, frequented by birds and squirrels. Parking on the drive. 2 minute walk to bus stop, 5 minute bus ride into town, or a 20 minute downhill walk. Very convenient for university. 20 mins from M62 or M1, easy access to Manchester, Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. I provide a light breakfast, cereal, fruit, toast, fruit juice, tea or coffee. My cat Bella shares the house with me.
