Contemporary Barn Conversion for Country Getaway
The Manor Barn is a traditional Northampton stone barn which was recently converted to a contemporary, stylish and comfortable barn conversion whilst still retaining it's character and charm. It is situated just off the small village road, in the heart of the conservation area. It offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a sofa-bed and Stovax log burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, wine cooler, induction hob, AGA cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The Kitchen island seats 2 people and there is a separate dining table that can also be used as work space. Guests have access to Freeview TV and Wi-Fi. Two cosy bedrooms with king-size beds are located on the first floor. Clean and fresh linen and towels are provided. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower with waterfall shower head, hand basin and toilet and there is a separate cloakroom downstairs. The small but well-kept garden is perfect for a BBQ or some drinks outside. Gas BBQ is available for your use. Off road parking available. We live just around the corner. The key will be left in a lock box. If you wish to meet us we can do so by prior arrangement. Just a short stroll from Manor Barn is The Royal Oak. A family run popular village pub that was Winner of Pub of the Year in last year's SME Northamptonshire Business Awards. The Royal Oak offers an extensive a la carte menu, available in the evenings and at lunchtime, when there is also a range of hot and cold sandwiches available.
