The Rose House

Rose House suite B 1900 Victorian Style House with high ceilings and large windows. This house has been remodeled to simulate a old fashion country living from its original restored hardwood floors, high ceiling and country style house. Enjoy the huge wrap around porch and small playground that is shared amongst other guests. Heat/ air, fresh linen, and basic amenities will be provided. You will have a private studio apartment style space in a large house. No one is allowed or will enter your private space but you may encounter other guest outside of the unit. The view and layout is exhilarating and refreshing with colorful decor. There are guest above you that are generally quite and easy to contact for any noise concerns. We are extremely hospitable and will do our best to resolve any concerns or needs while enjoying your stay. You may see other Airbnb guests and residents. All guests have private entrances if you prefer privacy/ no interactions. We are based in Lithonia, Ga 25 to 30 mins from downtown depending on Traffic. This is the downtown district of Lithonia there are food, bars, and restaurants options less than a 5 min walk away. We are within walking distance of a library, shopping center, Post Office, a park with a outdoor pool, and the MARTA bus line. The Mall at Stonecrest and a lot of restaurants are within 3 miles. St Mtn Park is 9 miles away, the Ga Int Horse Park is 14 Miles away, and the Atlanta venues are 14 miles away.
