Double room with sole use of adjacent shower room on the ground floor of our family home. Use of kitchen, dining area and laundry is available for guests. This is a quiet house in a residential location with a sunny rear garden with patio area, and off-road parking at the front. We live at the property and are always available via text to respond to any queries should we not be at home. Earls Barton is a friendly village with a supermarket, chemist, post office, pubs and coffee shops. The Saxon church is a local landmark and there is plenty of surrounding countryside for walking and cycling. We are 15 minutes from Northampton, including Brackmills and Moulton Park, and 10 minutes from Wellingborough train station by car. Within a 5-minute walk of a bus stop for the bus route between Northampton and Wellingborough.
