It is located in the village of Gornja Slivnica, only 12 km from the city of Zadar. The house is located on a plot of 2800m2 with a private swimming pool of 50 m2. The ground floor features a spacious living room connected with kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa bed and a private toilet with shower. From the living room, there's a direct exit to the terrace equppied with seating furniture. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with double bed and a single bed, and the other one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air conditioned, it also has satellite TV, Internet, safe, and a washing machine. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful spacious garden along with terrace, a barbecue area with large stone table and private car park. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away. Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time. Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place.
