The bus stop is also close by. Parking for unloading and loading can be found at the side of the property most of the time. There is parking available in the immediate vicinity of the property in the market place and also in "North Road Car Park" which is approx 300m away from the property. Loftus is an historic Market Town with some superb architecture. Especially the Town Hall building. The area is ideal for both walkers and cyclists looking to explore the local coastline and moors of North Yorkshire. The Cleveland Way can be reached by walking 1 mile towards the coast with outstanding views of the cliffs and the sea. Buses are available close by and can take you to Saltburn, Staithes and Whitby all within easy reach. I would recommend a visit to the local beach at Skinningrove (known as Cattersty Sands) where it is still possible to have the whole beach to yourself. Buses stop outside the local Co-op supermarket opposite the Old Post Office and head towards Whitby and outside the Golden Lion pub there is a bus stop which takes you to Saltburn, Redcar and Middlesbrough. The nearest train station is located at Saltburn (6miles away). It is possible that parking can be found for loading and unloading at the side of the premises but for longer parking I would recommend the public parking available off North Road. This is situated within 300 yards (TS13 4HP) and has 61 free places. Please note that the accommodation is on the 1st floor of the building and accessed by stairs. Not suitable for wheelchair access.
