On road parking is available on a 1st come 1st served basis. Eclipse apartments are stylishly refurbished. The 1-bed apartment is on the ground floor and the 2-bed apartment is on the 1st floor. Each of the bedrooms has king-sized beds which can be split into 2 small singles if required. You will find built-in USB sockets in all bedrooms, so don`t worry if you forget your charger! There is an outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink and socialise during the summer months. Guests have access to the whole flat and are free to use as their own during their stay. Feel free to use the outdoor seating area during your stay. This is shared with the Ground floor apartment. Both apartments are self-check-in. The keys are located in a key-box adjacent to each entry door. You can contact us anytime you need to on the phone number provided. Eclipse apartments are approximately a 15 minute walk from the town centre. The Cherry tree pub is 300 metres away and a local shop for daily provisions, newspapers, etc 200 metres away. Abbeycroft leisure centre is also just a 5 minute walk away, which offers facilities such as 25 metre swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and a fully equipped Gymnasium. There are plenty of taxi companies which service Newmarket. You will find the local taxi numbers in your welcome pack. We do request that outdoor footwear be removed when walking on the carpets in order to maintain our standards of cleanliness. If you require the king size beds to be split as 2 singles, please let us know , otherwise we will leave them as a double. Parties are not permitted at either apartment and we ask that noise be kept to a respectable level during the evening periods in respect of our neighbours. As you would expect, there is a strict no smoking policy in the apartments. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor seating area.
