Front house in Paterswolde, near Groningen city.

In Paterswolde, near the city of Groningen, we rent our front house with 3 bedrooms (6 sleeping places), to expend to 10 with a sofa bed and an extra mattress. The private bathroom has a double sink, bath, shower and toilet. Guests have access to a dining/sitting room with TV and a full kitchen corner (with fridge, induction hob and microwave) to prepare your own meals. Its possible to sit outside on the veranda or in the backyard. Downstairs is a 2.th toilet. There is enough free parking space. In Paterswolde, in the province of Drenthe and near the cozy city of Groningen, we rent out our entire front house with three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and on the third bedroom there are 2 single beds. With a sofa bed and a separate mattress in the eating/sitting room and a separate mattress in the main bedroom and we can extend the number of sleeping places to 10. Note: Due to the COVID19 measures, the options for more than 6 guests are limited. Consider the measures at that time and the composition of the group. For the smaller guests there are a camp bed, bouncing chair and play mat available (bring your own bed linen for the camp bed). There is also a private bathroom with a double sink, bath, shower and toilet. The rooms and bathroom can be reached via a private staircase. Downstairs is a sitting / dining room with TV and a full kitchen corner (with fridge, induction hob, air frryer, combi-mafnetron and toaster maker) to prepare your own meals. We place any dishes with us in the dishwasher every evening. Downstairs is a 2nd toilet. There is opportunity to sit outside on the porch or in the backyard. Our front house is in principle entirely at the disposal of our guests. They have their own entrance from which they have access to the anteroom (dining / sitting room), toilet and the staircase. There is also an open passage to our living room in the entrance. Upstairs you reach a landing with access to the bedrooms and the private bathroom for the guests. On the landing are a washing machine and a dryer which makes it possible to wash your clothes when you stay longer (In consultation and for a fee). The guests can enjoy privacy in the front of the house, but there is always the possibility to make contact with us as landlords. The guests have their own living / dining room, but there is an open passage from the entrance to our living room. In Eelde-Paterswolde and the surrounding area there are various opportunities to have a drink or to eat, including Chinese, pizzerias and various other occasions including terraces on the Paterswoldse lake and the Hoornse plas. Next to us there is a bakery for delicious sandwiches for breakfast or lunch or something tasty at the coffee / tea. We live centrally in the village, on the border of the villages Paterswolde and Eelde. In the immediate vicinity there are various possibilities for hiking (Braak estate, Vosbergen, Lemferdinge, Vennebroek), cycling (the Onlanden, around the Paterswoldse lake) and enjoying the water (Paterswoldse meer, Hoornse plas and Friezenveen) The city of Groningen (10 km) is also accessible by bus that stops 50 meters from our house. If you take the bus in the other direction you are at the airport (Groningen Airport Eelde) in 10 minutes and a little further you can change to the bus to Assen (20 km). There is plenty of free parking with us, possibly on our own property. In consultation, guests can use our (electric) bicycles for a bike ride. We do not take care for breakfast. Next-door there is a Bakery where you can buy delicious sandwiches for breakfast or lunch or for something tasty with your coffee or tea. There is an opportunity to enjoy this in the eat-/sittingroom where you also can make coffee or tea. There is also a TV and there is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing hot meals. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, combi-microwave, airfryer and sandwich maker. Possible dishes will go with us in the dishwasher. Further its possible to sit on the veranda or in our southwest orientated backyard. Finally, we want to indicate that we have to collect tourist tax for guests coming from outside the municipality (this applies to all guests, regardless of age). The tourist tax will be € 1.20 per night per person for 2021.
