Dolphin View is a self contained apartment with a 180° sea view overlooking the waves. We are within walking distance from the beach. There's swimming pool as well as a gym on the premises. A barbeque area around the pool compliments the east coast setting. The unit has a magnificent sea view and beaches which are a seven minute walk or 2 minute drive by motor vehicle. The unit has a bedroom with king size bed in it. A lounge, with tv, medium sized kitchen and a neat bathroom. The unit is not serviced, but will be neatened up every second or third day. Long term visitors will have unit serviced and linen changed once a week. Situated in tranquil surroundings close to shops and 20 minutes from the city centre. There are a couple of steps leading down to the unit. It is a 45 minute drive from King Shaka Airport. There are two shopping malls close by, as well as restaurants and fast food outlets at your disposal. We also have a golf course close by for the avid golfer, as well as an 18 hole mache course for those just wanting to have fun... Your hostess will arrange home cooked frozen meals for convenience on request at an extra price should you not wish to cook for a meal. Our renown Cave Rock is a popular spot amongst the surfers. Shopping Malls within a short drive from the unit. As well as a couple of restaurants in the vicinity for those days you are not wanting to spend time in the kitchen. Unit to be maintained by guests themselves. For long term guests the unit will be serviced once a week. Laundry can be arranged by the hosts at an additional cost. SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES You will never be bored in Sodurba. With beautiful beaches to go to, you can happily surf, paddleski, snorkel, spearfish, go crayfishing or ocean fish all day. You can improve your handicap on one of the best golf courses. Commune with nature on long trails through various nature reserves. Go birding. Amble through the harbour, visit the numerous landmarks or go on eco educational tours. And that's before you sample the great night life! Our local Cave Rock is a famous fishing spot and surfing spot for avid surfers, and many surfing competitions are held at our local Brighton Beach. A motor vehicle would be an advantage, so hiring a vehicle would make life easier. We have an amazing taxi service. There is a bus service into the city centre which takes twenty minutes. However Uber is just a phone call away. Your hostess can assist you with arranging taxi services. Our lovely sunny summery weather is basically the weather all year around in Durban. There are a few steps going down to the unit. Climbing back up to your parked vehicle which is behind remote controlled gates will certainly keep you active but is not problematic. The unit is also self catering and is serviced every 2 to 3 days. Guests must be pet friendly as we have pets (dogs) on the property.
