Charming suite on New Forest/Dorset/Hants border

Attractive private suite with luxury wet room and pretty courtyard. Situated in the village of Sopley, near Christchurch. Perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, e.g The New Forest, many local beaches, a short drive to the Sandbanks ferry across to Swanage and Jurassic Coast. Or an overnight stay over for those attending weddings at the The Mill wedding venue, Sopley Lakes and local church, all within walking distance. An entrance to the Avon Valley footpath is opposite. Although the suite, which is on the ground floor, is within our home, every effort has been made to make it self contained during your stay and we very much respect your privacy. During your stay we access our home via a secondary entrance. The bedroom has been newly carpeted and decorated ready for the new 2022 season with the addition of a mini fridge in the snug area. French doors lead to an attractive secluded walled courtyard for your sole use. A sun trap on summer afternoons. I provide various cereals, bread for toast and hot refreshments. All this contained within the suite area. Please note there are no cooking facilities or washing up sink. Used crockery etc will be replaced daily. Private double bedroom. Private (en-suite) luxury wet room. Separate snug area opposite for preparing refreshments/breakfast. Secluded courtyard with outside furniture. Whilst guests are staying we access our first floor accommodation via another entrance. This gives guests sole use of the ground floor using the front entrance. Owners in residence on first and second floor and are available to answer any questions. We very much respect our guests privacy during your stay. Village location with local pub serving a selection of meals. Ideal base to explore this beautiful area e.g.The New Forest, sandy beaches (Bournemouth/Mudeford/Highcliffe) country walks. Or a brief stopover whilst attending one of our local wedding venues (all within walking distance). We are not on a public bus route, therefore a car is needed. Parking is available in a lay-by opposite the property Coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast cereals/toast available. A cooked breakfast can be served on prior request at an extra charge. An earlier check-in/luggage drop off on request can normally be accommodated. I can offer a discount on stays of 3 nights or more, please do enquire if this is something you are considering.
