The newly built apartment house provides comfort to discerning customers and privacy for relaxation and rest. In the quiet surroundings of Štiavnické vrchy you can relax and find peace for your soul and you can warm your bones after a hike, swimming in lakes or skiing (The thermal spa is 900 meters from the apartment). The accommodation part consists of a WC with a shower with a pleasant heated floor. Towels, shower gels, shampoos and slippers are ready for you. Go through the corridor to the kitchen area where a freezer-freezer, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher is available. The kitchen is connected to the living area where you can relax on a high quality leather couch overlooking the beautiful Štiavnické Mountains. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining area for 4 people. You can prepare them yourself. If you do not want to cook, breakfast can of course also be ordered. In the bedroom is a large double bed with a spacious closet with storage space. Ready for your relaxation or even a night's sleep :) Before the entrance to the apartment there is a lawn where you can sit with cofee and watch the sunset. The apartment has a large garage for your car. The thermal swimming pool is a few minutes away from the apartment. The apartment house is about 900 meters away from the Healing Thermal Baths. In the vicinity of the apartment house you will find a place to relax. Both active and passive. Nearby (15 minutes by car) is Banská Štiavnica, a beautiful old town with monuments, chateaus. A number of clear lakes suitable for swimming and recreation as well as ski resorts and hiking and mushroom walkways. The apartment offers year-round recreation for demanding clients.
