Orchard Cottage

A beautiful ground floor apartment situated in grounds with wonderful views over the chilterns. Would be great for anyone wanting a quiet time in the country or as a temporary residence for people in between house moves or in need of a short let. It's very secure with security gates at the entrance. It's also quiet and has allocated parking spaces for cars but there are no spaces suitable for commercial vans. You can sit out or walk around the grounds that surround the apartment. I live nearby so I'm always on hand if you need anything but my policy is 'its your home while you live there'. Wingrave is a friendly village with a Pub, Church, Village shop and Post Office. There are two recreational grounds and lovely country walks. Wingrave is a small village but is only one hour from London and is 30 minutes from Milton Keynes. There are several local train stations that go direct to London. Unfortunately there is no parking suitable for commercial vans.
