A Stone built converted Coach House tucked into the hillside above Pwllheli on the Llyn Peninsula with stunning views across cardigan bay and the mountains beyond. Cosy accommodation for up to five people in one double and twin bedroom in the other bedroom, with Wifi throughout The cottage has its own access and sunny patio area with patio furniture and a superb views over the bay, There are plenty of grassy areas with seats dotted about. There is ample parking and plenty of space if you have a boat or trailer. A secure shed can be available for such items as bikes, wet suites etc. and all those things you would prefer to be kept tucked away. There is a hard tennis court for visitors to use. There is a laundry room with washing machines and spin dryers and two belfast sinks for rinsing wet suites etc. Much of the Llyn Peninsula is noted as an area of outstanding natural beauty with its extensive, unspoilt beaches, that are just a short drive away. The Llyn Peninsula is known for its temperate climate due to the influence of the Gulf Stream. The busy market town of Pwllheli with the marina and sailing school is just over a mile away, Aberech Sands is close-by. The outstanding countryside is excellent for walking and cycling, whilst there are golf courses at Abersoch, Nefyn and Pwllheli. For those with an interest in history, close bye there is Criccieth Castle, old churches and holy wells associated with the footpaths to Bardsey and Tre y Ceri, one of the best preserved iron age settlements which was featured by Neil Oliver in his TV programme. The cottages are non smoking and dog friendly by arrangement but we request the dogs remain downstairs and are not left unattended Located on 30 acre sheep farm with newly planted vineyard Please note some of the paths are a bit steep and young children should be supervised when playing.
