Our home is located in the beautiful village of Magganitis, Ikaria. Built on the slope of Athera Mountain overlooking the Aegean Sea and built in harmony with the environment. The picturesque village of Magangitis is located southeast of the island's capital, beneath the steep huge cliffs of tall Athera, with lots of greenery, many olive trees, pines and other trees. The autonomy of the place is ideal for quiet, safe and dreamy vacations for every visitor with his family or some company who love nature. He has air conditioning all over the place - rooms and is surrounded by the dew of large trees. Guests have access to all the entire house as well and to the lovely and comfortable terrace 80sqm. We are available for anything you need, always respecting your privacy. Our home is located in the magnificent village of Magganitis, Ikaria, in a Megalo Perivoli area on the slope of the imposing Athera Mountain. It is a lush area surrounded by a forest of many kinds of trees such as: pine, olive trees, oaks, many fruit trees and gardens.Big plane trees are found in the stream bed who crosses the area. The view of the sunrise and the sea from above is spectacular and blends with the tranquility and serenity of the good neighborhood. The houses around the neighborhood is difficult to discern because they are surrounded by gardens and big trees. The sea is just 700 meters away. He has three beaches, Firodi, which is the oldest beach, Gialos, next to the picturesque port and of course the magnificent Seychelles.  Near the village you will find the most beautiful beach of the island, the famous Seychelles with emerald water and soft sand. There, in the beautiful and picturesque harbor of Magangitis on the right you will find the special and well-known restaurant - cafe - << Sto Gialo…kanei fourtouna >> made with wood and stone. Enjoy breakfast, coffee and juices there in the morning (10:00), followed by Ouzaki and Mama's Rika famous varieties! If you find yourself noon try delicious home-cooked meals, fine Spagetti Shrimps, Fresh Fishes ,various home-made snacks and cooked meals! At sunset and until morning enjoy drinks and beautiful coctails with similar music sounds in the same place. If you are lucky you can get some live music in the same area of course with free admission! In the area you need your own vehicle (car or motorbike) to move around the island freely. There is parking right in front of the entrance of the house where you can park freely. You will find the center of the village following the road leading down to the sea. The distance is about one kilometer.
