The Lodge, Lower Trefedw is a wonderful, romantic retreat in the village of Pandy, on the Offa's Dyke Path. The cottage is detached and on the ground floor, with one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, while outside is off road parking for two cars and a private, enclosed garden with furniture, so you can enjoy alfresco dining together under the stars with a bottle of wine.The Lodge, Lower Trefedw is a great base for walking and exploring this wonderful corner of Wales. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: The small village of Pandy is situated just inside the Brecon Beacons National Park, one mile from the Welsh/English border. Pandy has two pubs and two hotels and both the Offa’s Dyke Path and Marshes Way pass through the village. Just six miles away is the lovely market town of Abergavenny. Abergavenny consists of a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market hall, shops, pubs and restaurants.
