The villas are located 200m walk from the 'Etang Vallier'. You are also close to the outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). The on-site Quai Sud restaurant is also a short walk (independent), with the village of Brossac, with its shops and other amenities, 1km away. The Clubhouse Snackbar offers snacks, refreshing drinks and good ice creams! (seasonal opening) The villa itself offers you all the comforts of home. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a large table for family meals, which is off the lounge offering a convertible sofa and basic French satellite TV service. The villa offers 3 bedrooms. There is an ensuite bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm. The second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds each 90x200cm. The third bedroom offers two twin beds 90x200cm (some have a double bed). The second bathroom is off the hall and there is a separate WC at the end of the hall. Please note that most facilities close out of season.
