The cottage is very quiet and has a nice terrace and garden. The lawn is suitable for the children to play on. In a separate shed garden furniture is available, such as a dining table and 4 comfortable garden chairs with cushions. A baby cod is available kitchen towels and bedlinnen are provided for as well as (a limited number of) bath towels The building is constructed in a simple way; the 'pierres blanches' provide for a 'chalky dust'. All rooms in the cottage are accessible to the guests. The owner lives in a separate house. During your stay our gardener Eddy is available to help you, should you need assistance. Neuvillette is 45 minutes away by car from Amiens railway station. It takes 60 minutes to get from Amiens to Paris by train (to Gare du Nord). So the cottage is fairly well located to make day trips to Paris. Electricity is expensive in France. The price includes normal use of electricity unless electricity is used exessively. When it is cold or chilly, it is best to burn the wood burner. There are electrical heaters available throughout the cottage, but please only use them for a short period of time. When the stove has heated the cottage please turn off the electric heaters.
