One bedroom house, close to Southampton general.

This is a brand new very spacious one bedroom house which has never been lived in, built by ourselves. Everything in the house is new with modern decor throughout it has a 50 inch tv, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, hob and oven, microwave, and all your essential cooking utilities, there’s pretty much everything you would need. We have a very comfy double bed and also deluxe single airbed, there is a parking space on the driveway and also on road parking, and good wifi. Our house is perfect for anyone working or visiting at Southampton general hospital, Spire or Princess Anne hospital as it is only just over a 5 minute walk from all of them. You could drive to the city centre from ours within 10 minutes and Peppa pig world and the new forest is also only around a 10-15 minutes drive away from our house. You will have the keys to the entire house and there is a very private enclosed back garden with table and chairs, which is a lovely little sun trap. This is not shared it is for your use only. We will meet our guests with the keys on arrival to show them around our house, as we only live next door so we are close enough to help with any query’s our guests may have while staying at ours, we can be contacted anytime by message, phone or you are even welcome to pop round and knock the door which ever is easier for you. Our house is just over a 5 minute walk from Southampton General Hospital, Spire and the Princess Anne Hospital, We live close to several take away shops including Chinese, Indian, pizza, and Kebab/chip shop all within a few minutes walking distance. We have several local convenience shops nearby one within a 2 minute walk and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest Tesco or Sainsbury’s supermarket. There are several bus stops close by (within a minute walk) which can take you into the city centre. Public transport is very good where we live as there are plenty of bus stops near our house, there is one within a minutes walk away which will take you straight into Southampton city centre.
