La Gioiosa is a dream estate, situated directly on the waterfront of Lago di Mezzola, the northern part of Lake Como. In addition, you have some of the finest designer outlets in italian fashion and design close by: Armani, Alessi, Cerutti, Banfi, Brunate etc. Como is the center of italian silk industry, so you can easily find hot deals in ties, scarves, silk fabrics and accessories. In about 10 km distance, there is a mall with an enormous supermarket, where you can find virtually everything you might possibly need.
